Der Gastgeber wohnt wohl in der Nähe. Wir hatten vorher verabredet, dass wir uns melden, wenn wir an der Unterkunft angekommen sind. Nach ein paar Minuten war er da und hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und die Schlüssel übergeben. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Allerdings haben wir nicht gekocht, so dass ich über diese Ausstattung nichts sagen kann. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte zu erreichen (Todis und Coop). Mit der Buslinie 53 kommt man sehr gut ins Zentrum von Bari (Bari Centrale). Zum Wohnkomplex gehört eine Tiefgarage, in der man einen festen Parkplatz hat. Viele Ziele in Apulien sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe ist auch eine sehr gute Pizzeria "La Brace Accesa", dort haben wir mehrmals gut gegessen. Bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg, dort ist man dann an einem Strand mit kleinen Kieseln. Da wir Anfang Februar da waren, kann ich nicht beurteilen, wie die Bademöglichkeiten sind.
Man sollte wissen, dass die Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines Hochhauses (Aufzug) mitten in einem Wohngebiet ist. D.h. eine schöne Aussicht ist eher nicht vorhanden. Vom vorderen Balkon kann man einen Blick aufs Meer erhaschen.

L'appartamento è molto bello e pulito. Comodo, per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici a circa 100m dall' abitazione. Per chi viaggia in auto c'è anche un parcheggio privato, direi ottimo. Se dovessi tornare a Bari, sicuramente ritornerei li. Molto gentile anche la proprietaria. Lo consiglio.

Apartament foarte frumos, curat, luminos, un loc minunat pentru a petrece o vacanta in Bari.Bucataria utilata, cafea, ceai, dulciuri la dispozitie.Gazda foarte amabila,ne-a ajutat cu orice am avut nevoie.Noi am inchiriat o masina pentru a vizita si alte orase, asa ca parcarea subterana ne- a ajutat foarte mult.Supermarket COOP la 5 min de mers pe jos,restaurante,loc de joaca ptr.copii langa COOP,plaja foarte aproape,am luat autobuzul 53 ptr.a merge in orasul vechi.Am fost foarte multumiti, recomand tuturor si vom reveni cu mare drag!🤗
