Very cute little backyard-bungalows type apartments, very clean and comfortable, near train station and Bari old town, easy transfer from and to the airport

The property was located close to the city center (about 10 minutes walk) and to the airport (via metro). The host seemed friendly and helpful.
No one came to clean or take out the trash. The hot water pressure was low or not running at all during night time, the towels and the dishes looked dirty. Part of the door frame fell off due to wind and we had to reattach it. The same issue was in the bathroom, where the frames were moldy and peeling off due to moisture. Even if close to the center, the area where the property is located looks like a slum. We checked in (and out) on time. The host takes feedback personally and gets defensive (as it can be seen in all negative reviews, it's never their fault), instead of fixing the issues people have been complaining about in their reviews. We've left the apartment in the same shape we've found it, but to anyone going there, please take photos of the apartment, otherwise they'll blame you for anything broken.
