La habitación correcta , y todo nuevo , aunque la decoración era muy básica

Alejado del centro histórico , más de media hora andando La comunicación con la propiedad era muy justa , no nos mandaron con antelación el código ya allí mismo tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y la puerta de acceso a la habitación estaba muy dura para abrirse costaba un on montón

A szállás nagyon jó ár-érték arányú. Főként azoknak lehet tökéletes választás, akik vonattal/busszal szeretnék körbejárni a környéket, mivel a busz és vonat pályaudvarok kis sétányi távolságra vannak, illetve a sétáló utca és belváros is könnyen megközelíthető.

Kissé személytelen az ügyintézés. Korai check-out. Kukák ürítése, takarítás csak a távozást követően van.

La camera è tutto come da descrizione. Lo staff è sempre reperibile telefonicamente e sono molto gentili. La posizione si trova vicino alla stazione di Bari quindi, nel mio caso, è stata molto comoda in quanto dovevo andare al concerto di Vasco. Infatti, nella stessa via ove c’è Dimora Capruzzi 37, c’è la stazione per i bus le navette che partono per i concerti allo stadio San Nicola. In questa zona, inoltre, c’è tutto l’occorrente per stare comodi e al sicuro, vari bar, una farmacia, molti supermercati e vari locali. Consigliatissima!

The floor and the apartment are newly refurbished. They are really nice. The host was also very responsive and helped with everything. There is a supermarket nearby.

All was good, except that the AC was broken when we arrived. The room was very cold and the AC wasn't turned on to pre-heat the room, which could have also alerted about the issue with the AC. We contacted the host and we were informed this is the first time such a problem happens. The host reacted almost immediately and portable heaters were provided. The AC was fixed the next day, so 10/10 for the host about the reaction. The issue is that even after that, we were politely asked to turn off the AC every time we leave the room. As we were out most of the day, this means returning to a cold room and waiting for it to heat again. Overall, this was the only main concern, which if the host solves completely, this property is easy 9 or even 10/10.
