The property was cleaned and easy to get to once we figured the bus system. The host left some drinks in the fridge which was so nice we appreciated it.

Very clean
Well located, but still quiet at night
The host was nice, answered all my questions
The apartment is big, beds were comfortable
Complimentary coffee and tea
There is a water draining machine that starts working whenever you use the bathroom or kitchen sink, and goes on for 20-30 minutes. That machine is extremely noisy and is located less than 2m from the bed. You cannot sleep as long as that thing is working.
There should be some written instructions in the apartment - how to use the water heater for the shower, or the air conditioning. Also, there would have been nice to have blankets in there (we asked, and the host brought us the next day), or some salt in the cupboard (there are pots and pans, you can make a simple dinner, but I had to boil the pasta without salt...)

Newly renovated apartment. Nicely renovated with good furnitures
1. We stayed for several nights and nobody changed our sheets throughout the whole stay. This was quite unacceptable.
2. It was a bit challenging to leave our luggage in the morning before the apartment was cleaned.
3. The elevator was very tiny and extremely slow. 2 people barely fit inside and it took more than a minute to get to the 4th floor
4. There was a very loud noise from some kind of water equipment (boiler may be or something else). It was running occassionally and it was very loud so it was waking us up during the night.
5. The area was 20-25 min from the station and the city centre and the neighbourhood didn't feel very safe.
