Il pesciolino coraggioso

I really liked this accommodation. The room and bathroom are compact, but a sufficient size, bright, and newly renovated. There is everything you need and even more: a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, cups, tea and coffee, lamps, enough sockets, a clothes rack, and small tables. Everything is very clean, with new snow-white bed linen and soft towels, a duvet, a throw blanket, a hairdryer, all the necessary toiletries, a boiler, air conditioning, and even a Bluetooth mirror. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent. The room has interesting nautical-style decor. And most importantly for a good rest during a trip, the bed is wide and very comfortable. The fact that there is no window was not a problem; on the contrary, the lack of light helped me sleep well. I walked both to the station and to the city center, about half an hour each way. Anna was very helpful, explained everything clearly in her messages, and was very welcoming and kind. Thank you!

The only downside is that the door is just a couple of steps from the entrance and rather thin, so I could hear noise from the hallway and the banging of the front door. But earplugs solve this problem.

El ruido de la mini nevera y la situación de la puerta del portal a un metro de la del acceso de la habitación. No pude dormir bien ninguna noche debido a los ruidos externos de los vecinos al salir y entrar. No tiene suficiente ventilación externa ni ventana.

The room was very clean and welcoming, and the owners made sure all necessities were met (some snacks, water and a prosecco bottle in the fridge, coffee machine, bathroom amenities, AC, warm water at all times etc.). The location is at 15-20 min walk to the center of Bari and there are enough stores nearby to cover all needs (supermarket, coffee shops, pharmacy etc.). The host was very nice and the self check in is very helpful, especially for late arrival.

There's only one small window in the bathroom, that leads to the building entrance hall. It's not an issue for a short stay (it was one week for me and it didn't bother me), and the air conditioning is really helping regulate the temperature. The only minus would be that there's no natural light, but it shouldn't count for short stays.
