It’s spacious and prvided great space for a bigger family/group. Very central, walking distance to all main sights, lots of shops and bars nearby.
The sofas in the living room were super cosy and comfortable. The beds too.
We needed the heating on as we visited in March and it heated up very quickly.
Roberto was prepared to accommodate all our needs and eveything was done in a timely and welcoming manner. He was super friendly and chill about everything. His help is much appreciated! Thank you, Roberto!
The place is great if you plan to explore on foot but if you have rented a car, parking in the area, and not only, even in the surrounding zones, was quite a challenge - it’s super buys and it costs 2 euros per hour during the day. On one of the days we spent more than an hour driving around trying to find a spot.
The shower is tiny :). I guess this is very Italian but not really practical. The sliding door of the shower is quite broken and water leaked all over the bathroom.
The apartment was clean and oredrly but can do with a bit of renovation as some of the walls were yellow from leaks or something.
There was a dog in the building that wouldn’t stop barking at night and it was very noisy in one of the bedrooms because of that.

Location close to the old town, shops, restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a typical Italian breakfast, contact with the owner, Robero always answered questions and was helpful, the apartment is large and spacious.
What I expected and I was not disappointed in finding a parking space.

Location was excellent. Size of apartment was fine for us.
It was very, very hot and there was only one substantial fan working for the 3 bedrooms. There were 2 other fans that didn't do much. 2 of the bedrooms had no windows for fresh air.
