Erdvūs apartamentai, patogu apsistoti su šeima ar draugų grupei. Prie pat centro, bet nuošalesnėje gatvelėje. Šiuo metu namo išorė remontuojama, sustatyti pastoliai, bet tas neturi įtakos patiems apartamentams. Viduje tikrai yra visko, ko gali prireikti, pasirūpinta, kad apsistojantiems būtų patogu. Visos galimybės gamintis maistą. Yra indaplovė, skalbimo mašina, mikrobangų krosnelė, kavos aparatas ir daug viso kito. Taip pat palikta ir indaplovių tablečių, skalbimo skysčio, kavos, todėl visus prietaisus gali naudoti. Aiškios įsiregistravimo instrukcijos, rūpestingas šeimininkas. Parkavimas gatvelėje prie namo. Wifi puikiai veikia. Ant langų tinkeliai nuo vabzdžių. 2 balkonai. Vienintelė keistenybė - į vonios kambarį patenkama per bendrą koridoriaus aikštelę, bet kadangi tai paskutinis aukštas ir laiptų aikštelėje tik dvejos durys (į apartamentus ir vonios kambarį), tai visai netrukdo.
Vienvietės lovos labai braška.
