Great location and value for money

The place is great for a short stay in Plovdiv, with an ideal location, which is central but still very calm and secluded.

I think it would be good to provide some shower gel for the guests to use.

Plovdiv fantastic experience

Comfortable bed, hard, sleeping easy. Amenities: hair dryer, iron... and accesories for that. Bathroom, small but very useful. We had no problem jogging water from floor after showering. Anyway you have to do that everywhere. J Location fantastic.

Best value for money

The location is awesome. The owner was quick and helped out through all the process. There is an AC. The bed is comfortable. Also, a place to hang the washed clothes.

It was not "very" clean. Also, the pillows are not comfortable.

Good location, but noisy

The apartment (a room and a small bathroom) was one out of two apartments on the ground floor of a two-floored house. The positives are that the host was very kind, the location was near the central street and the air-conditioning was working fine.

The negatives - there was a lot of noise from the neighbors above - because it is an old house with a very thin floor. Also the apartment's door was from glass and the neighboring one too, and the light from the corridor and from their living room was making light in my room till very late.

Central, ok for one night, cleanliness could be improved

It was very centrally located and new

It was very small, not well equipped in the kitchenette - there was no coffee maker and almost no appliances but a microwave and a fridge. The kitchette was very close to the bed so you could hear the fridge in the night. The bath room was with an open shower and the whole floor get wet and you can really avoid taking the water to the rest of the place. There were two towels left in the bathroom hanging at the back of the door,one of them seemed to have a stain of blood, clearly forgotten from the previous visitors, very unpleasant surprise.

Very close to the main touristy area, lovely recently-renovated room (one of the nicest places we've stayed in actually), clean, lots of privacy, self check-in process super easy (although the location was a bit difficult to find at first)

Quiet room with air condition.

The owner is nice and spontaneous. We had booked it and let him know we are almost at the location and he put the key for us where we easily found it. The bathroom and the room itself was clean. It is a quiet place and location.

Awesome find in top city center

Recenty renovated place, everything is clean and new. The bed was big and comfy. Has a good equipt kitchenette, great for a short stay. Check-in was very smooth, great communication. Top location.

All around it is a blue zone, and parking is difficult.

Location is amazing, comfortable self contained studio apartment in a stylish house. The bed is comfortable! All in all very convenient location! From the hotel you can access central Plovdiv with shopping, restaurants, museums, the Central Park is just across the street. One can walk to everything you need. Walkable city and location !

Merkeze ve marketlere oldukça yakın olması çok iyiydi. Mutfakta pişirme/ısıtma amacıyla sadece mikrodalga fırın ve kettle vardı. Tabak çatal vs olması da iyiydi. Bir adet çamaşır kurutacağı ve ütü de ihtiyaç durumunda bulunuyordu. Küçük bir Tv vardı ve internet çok kaliteliydi. Yatağı rahat ve çarşafları temizdi, temiz duş havlusu bulunuyordu ama el havlusu yoktu. Ev sahibi oldukça iyi İngilizce konuşuyor, anlaşmak kolay oldu. Mesajlarıma anında cevap verdi. Nazikti.

Kaldığımız yer giriş katıydı, İlk konakladığımız gün pencerenin tam kapanmadığını ve açıldığını fark ettik ve bunu hemen bildirdik. Sineklikli olan pencere kapanmıyordu. Ayrıca sineklik de sağlam değildi. Mutfak tezgahı kirliydi ve bulaşık deterjanı bulunmuyordu. Banyoda pencere olmadığı için havalanması çok zordu, birkaç günün sonra da küçük küçük sinekler oluşmaya başladı.
