Bradley Beach Road Estate

Loved the location of the house, very close to grocery stores, shopping, amenities, and a nice walk to the beach (10min, no trudging through sand!). The house was very large and everyone had enough space to spread out. The kitchen had most of what we could need - 12 cup coffee maker, large casserole/serving dishes, blender, toaster, cutting boards, knives and utensils. Could have had more tupperware, better pots and pans, and more dish towels. House included a beach wagon and 4 chairs, no beach towels. Bedrooms were fine and each had a ceiling fan, plenty of bathroom towels included.

We struggled to get into the house at first, took about 15 tries before we figured out how the keypad worked. There was no help number to call. Underneath some of the furniture was visibly dusty or had some trash. The elevator and 2nd floor room that it opened in to smelled musty and moldy. There was a dehumidifier that slightly helped.

This is a large house with plenty of bedrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

The pool was small.
