4TH FLOOR: 1 DOUBLE, 2 TWIN,1 FULL OVER FULL BUNK
Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 60lbs or under and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.
Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.

We had an amazing time in a beautiful home. This was great experience from check in to check out.

The property was wonderful with every thing you need. The only thing was the carpet was filthy and so were the kitchen cushions. We had to wash the cushions to use them. Baby chair was filthy and on the 3rd floor sand in one bed and the bathroom didn't seem to have been cleaned.

The house was great for our extended family of 12. Each family had their own room and bathroom. It was a further walk to beach than we would have liked, but the private, shaded and heated pool was a huge hit and great for small kids!
