Private heated pool and deck with U-shaped lounge sectional, flat-screen TV, gas grill, and lagoon views—ideal for entertaining or relaxing.
Second Level (Main Floor):
Open-concept living with gourmet kitchen, high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and island seating for four.
Kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, coffee maker, and Keurig.
Dining and living areas open to a covered deck with cozy furniture and panoramic lagoon views.
First king master suite with large tiled shower, flat-screen TV, and pack-and-play crib.
Laundry room and half-bath for convenience.
Third Level:
Second king master suite with ensuite bath and flat-screen TV.
Two additional queen bedrooms, one with attached full bath and sliding door to a back deck.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 60lbs or under and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

The house was very clean, check in process was easy and communication with host was prompt. Only minor issue was Wi-Fi and connection with TVs which was able to be resolved.

House was great for 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-10). Pool was used a lot. Alligator in the lagoon was a daily visitor!
