Generally well decorated and met our needs
Bathroom sink too small.
Road noise at times

Very spacious
Very Clean
Has all amenities needed including washer dryer, iron, oven etc.
In a very accessible location with a bus stop outside that takes you to the city centre
We visited in summer and were so grateful for the fan in the bedroom as it was boiling
The floorboards in the bedroom are very creaky which can get annoying
Not very close to shops so make sure you have everything you need, this is t an issue if you drive

Location was perfect for our visit and is well located for any vistor to Cardiff for easy access to all attaractions.
The very noisy creaking floor boards in the bedroom.
Pillows were not very good very little filling in them and did not provide any support.
Settee was perfectly good but a little uncomfortable.

Everything is modern, new and clean. There is plenty of space and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and there were supplies of tea, coffee etc.
There is a large roof terrace with views of the hills, which would be lovely in warm weather.
There was no guest handbook although the emails said there would be, so we had to make phonecalls to sort out a pressing problem.
There are steep stairs to the flat, and inside.
