We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but this does depend on our cleaners’ schedule and availability.

Once you’ve booked, simply send your request through your Sophie’s Homes portal link.

If we’re unable to arrange it, standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that late check-out without prior approval may incur additional fees.
