We had such a lovely stay here. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were always kind and helpful. The location made it easy to explore the area, and we truly felt at home. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip. 🤍

Booked this place since it’s very affordable for a group of 4 people. It’s located inside the Old Quarters where you have easy access to lots of souvenir shops and restaurants. The room was a bit tiny and located in the 2nd floor. There was no elevator due to the space being small but it was okay. The staff will also help you with your luggage. We had a tiny problem when we arrived. It was too hot inside the room probably due to the weather in Hanoi being so hot and humid that the AC can’t make the room cold fast enough. The fan was really useful, beds were comfy and the pillows wee really big and soft that I would like to take them home! They clean the rooms everyday and staff was really lovely. The place is nearby a club and it gets noisy during the evening but the noise dies down after 11 PM. The restaurants located around the hotel are all so good! Overall, would recommend if you’re not really picky with the aesthetics inside the room.

We checked in late after a long trip from Sapa and didn’t realize the area gets closed off on weekends, making access difficult. We had to walk from the main road with our luggage, which was inconvenient. Check-in was quick, and the staff were nice. We were “upgraded” to a balcony room, though the explanation was a bit confusing. The room was small but clean. The main issue was the noise—from both the street and the lobby—which made it hard to sleep. They allowed us to leave our luggage and offered paid shower use before our flight, which was helpful. They also offered a discounted airport transfer, but cheaper options were available elsewhere. Overall, staff were friendly, but the stay had some inconveniences. Good location, but expect noise and limited access on weekends.
