    I was all alone the whole trip in a 4person room. This is maybe due to a request of a quiet room. Minor repairs to be done such as the bath soap holder in the toilet. location is very convenient and walkable to almost all tourist spots. Only downside was the undeclared additional fee of 3.5% with the pay at the hotel option when you are using a card. This is something not declared thru booking. Aside from that, nothing negative. The guy staffs are very helpful and they’ll do their best to help despite the language barrier

    I absolutely loved this hotel! We arrived around 2–3 a.m. and ended up waking the staff haha 😅, but he was still incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was spotless, and they cleaned it every day, always providing fresh towels. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit served daily, plus complimentary coffee and tea. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip. Location is perfect, it is close to everything which makes it super convenient get around and explore. I highly recommend this place and truly appreciate all the staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service!

    This place location is good but the place is not for family, theres a bar beside thats full of drunk noisy foreigners. The hotel is outdated. There is no staffs room and you will see the staffs sleeping in the couches of lobby area. The room assigned to us has no TV for 2 days and then they fixed it but theres only one socket for the TV and Ref so you should choose if your gonna use the ref or the tv. The breakfast starts late so if you have an early tour forget it. Might look for other hotel in Hanoi next time we visit.
