    I think this is a family-owned hotel. They were so nice. Even helped us carry our luggage and allowed us to leave it in the lobby after check out so we could explore the city.

    Very recommended! Aside from walking distance to all in center of Old quarter the couple owner and the helper is very accommodating and very very very kind. They even allow us to leave our luggage for 3days. Helped us in bringing our big luggage upstairs. Definitely will booked this hotel when I go back to hanoi. Thank you for accommodating!

    Yes it is budget friendly, but the room i got, the aircon cannot sustain the coldness especially in the morning, i asked the staff that the aircon is not working well but they recommend let the aircon continuously on, go around first, i need to rest that time already. i hope they fix the aircon. for someone booking do not expect to much.
