    Very nice, clean and very accommodating staffs. Thank you sir for helping me with the directions and taxi. I will surely back to this hotel!     The host was nice, friendly, and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite disappointing. The air conditioning barely worked, and we were sweating throughout our stay, making it very uncomfortable to sleep and relax. The shower room also didn’t have a proper lock—they were using an old toothbrush as a makeshift lock, which was quite unusual and inconvenient. The room is also located on the 5th floor with no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage all the way up. We stayed at other hotels within the same price range during our trip, and the difference was noticeable. The other accommodations were much more decent, comfortable, and better maintained for a similar price. The host was great, but unfortunately, the condition and facilities of the room did not match what we expected for the price. Hopefully, they can improve the air conditioning, shower room lock, and overall facilities for future guests.
