Location ease of parking and good value. Great instructions
Strange smell from the bathroom drains. They used glade to mask it.

The location was perfect and super convenient to the metro. The house was clean and comfortable and the host and staff were very accommodating to every need.Very close walking distance to Starita pizza too!
Nothing at all! If you come to Naples, this is a great place to stay!
8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026
The location so close to the metro station was optimal and all the facilities were nice (especially the snack room) and clean. The lady preparing breakfast and doing the daily room cleaning was kind and helpful.
The mattress was not very comfortable as everything shook and bounced if one of us turned over. The bed frame also creaked.
5 / 10·May 2026
The location was good and convenient, although there was quite a lot of noise outside until around 3 AM.
Cleanliness was a major issue. It looked like the bed sheets had not been changed before our one-night stay. The building has a very old elevator, and my family got stuck in it once, which was unpleasant and stressful. Breakfast was very basic — essentially just two croissants and coffee.
