Was very well situated near restaurants, main streets, super markets and the train station to get around Naples. Safe neighbourhood. The hotel was very secure and lovely inside and very well kept. The room was perfect for two of us and very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were so helpful from the day before sending over so much useful information and making turning up to the hotel so easy and effortless to get in and settled. Would recommend to anyone staying in Naples as it’s a great place to stay and set off from to explore in the day and a perfect room to come back to and relax. When travelling back to Naples would definitely look at the AlbaNovas availability straight away.

All perfect for what we needed.

La chambre était propre. L'accueil très sympa. Les hôtes repondent toujours par message et sont très à l'écoute. Le quartier est sympa et on se sent en sécurité. La clim dans la chambre, un grand grand plus en période caniculaire. Le petit frigo également. La cuisine commune est sympa et permet de s'y restaurer avec une pizza achetée pas loin.

La chambre est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, il faut le savoir. Le petit déjeuner compris se prend dans un bar et non sur place. Personnel très gentil mais peu de choix. Le personnel répond aux messages sans problème mais ils sont rarement sur place. Pensez à anticiper les messages.

Breakfast is in the small nice bar Materdai, usual italian breakfast (expresso and tasty bakery products like croissant, etc). Kindly staff, made very good recomandations for local restaurants Used shuttle service - I recommend it Location is near to the Metro station Materdei Accomodation is clean. Communication with the stuff is ok, they answer almoast immediately on whatsapp.

The dining room could be better equipped.

Locație aproape de centru, muzee, aeroport. Am mers ff mult pe jos, ceea ce ne-a plăcut.

Foarte mult de urcat până la cameră, iar cu un bebeluș și căruț a fost destul de solicitant.
