I cannot evaluate the accommodation, as we were accommodated elsewhere. Due to problems with the accommodation we had booked, we were accommodated elsewhere. I appreciate the proximity of the parking lot and the size of the apartment.

Insufficient equipment, for example, there were no cups for tea and coffee. The bathroom had insufficient lighting.

It would have been nice if there were some more kitchen utensils like knife, some more vessels, bowls etc. Also, heat controlling knob in shower was defective and made bit uncomfortable. Wifi was bit fluctuating. Owner hasn’t mentioned that payment is only possible by cash. I had to visit a cash machine. In booking.com it was mentioned that car payment is possible.

Nice location for a stop over

The apartment is spacious with a huge living room and kitchen overlooking the main entrance of the train station and the fortress. The parking is free which is a big thing if you are in Switzerland. Just let them know before that you need a spot.

I collected the keys from the mentioned address. The people there were friendly but had some communication difficulty as they spoke only Italian.

My host cancelled the room the day of booking.

Host cancelled out booking because he sent us text thru whatsup app and due to 12 hours of hopping on all kind of different transportation to reach hotel at 11:30 with my wife and a 12 year old child when we called the host we were told to check messages and that our room was cancelled and it was sold to someone else. And he also mentioned that whatever I paid will also be not refunded. I had originally requested to allow late check in and a day prior we informed the host that we will be reaching the property by 12am. Which we were asked to pay $20 extra. We agreed to paying extra. Next day at 11:27pm we found out that he had texted us to pay immediately or my room will be cancelled. Due to us hiking in remote area and being unable to hold cell phone charges we mostly kept the phone off. We took 9trains and 3 buses total of 13 hours of journey to reach Bellinzona to find at 11:27pm that our reservation was cancelled and payment is deducted from out card.

Easy place to stay, not sure would stay more than a night or two

Lovely location, right across from the train station.

Property listing has WiFi. No wifi on property. Was told I needed a cable to have internet. That is a major disappointment as a foreigner I can’t really research without WiFi.

Great location for a pit-stop during a long drive in gorgeous Bellinzona

The location was superb being in the center of Bellinzona, just a bit pricey for a family. But we were going for a long trip, so we needed a good place to rest with the kids before it.

The kitchen is disappointing as it has no windows facing outside. It is only very basically equipped.

Den Schlüssel haben wir leider erst 3 Stunden später erhalten, gebucht waren 3 Betten wir haben nur 2 Betten und ein Klappsofa bekommen, Badezimmer war schmutzig, WC Deckel defekt, wir hatten kalt, Zuwenig Decken, Betten waren unbequem, es war sehr laut.

Niente di che ma comodo

Davanti alla stazione, ottima posizione. Camera abbastanza nuova e moderna come da foto. Cucina attrezzata. Siamo stati solo una notte pertanto è andata bene.

Il parcheggio "prenotabile" in realtà equivale a mettere la macchina su un marciapiede davanti ad un edificio abbandonato. Dopo aver scaricato i bagagli, abbiamo preferito parcheggiare per strada anche se a pagamento.

Я заранее (за 10 дней до заселения) попросил хозяина номера прислать инструкцию по заселению в номер. Хозяин ничего не ответил. По приезду по указанному адресу поздно вечером НИГДЕ НЕ БЫЛО УКАЗАНИЙ НА УКАЗАННЫЙ НОМЕР-нет вывески, НИЧЕГО. я ДОЛГО ИСКАЛ ОТЕЛЬ/АПАРТАМЕНТЫ- но их не было нигде- я начал спрашивать у прохожих- где может быть наш отель, никто не мог сообщить. Только случайно я наткнулся на человека- который оказался хозяином апартаментов и мы попали в номер. я и моя семья могли остаться ночью на улице- только случайность помогла нам попасть в номер- это ужасно- это очень плохо

De plek tegenover het station is prima, maar 's nachts veel geluidsoverlast van uitgaande jeugd tot 3:30 uur. Omdat de kamer geen airco heeft moesten de ramen open en dus veel last van geluid.

Dag voor aankomst werden we gebeld door de verhuurder dat een van de 2 appartmenten een probleem had en 3 personen (we waren met 5) in een hotel 1 km verder zouden worden ondergebracht. Op zich geen probleem. Bij aankomst was dit echter bijna 3 km verder en de kamer was slecht, 3 bedden naast elkaar, geen fijne plek. We kunnen niet vergelijken met het tweede appartement want dat hebben we niet gezien. Onze vrienden hebben de kamer geweigerd en zijn naar Hotel internazionale gegaan, tegenover het station. Ons appartement was erg basic, geen airco, niet echt mooi afgewerkt. Bedden en douche ok, maar niet meer dan dat.

Zeer nette B&B, goed onderhouden met prima faciliteiten zoals (mobiele) airco, keurig bed, badkamer en keuken. Hartelijke ontvangst door twee geïnteresseerde broers waarmee het gezellig praten was. Prima locatie om Bellinzona en omgeving te verkennen. De nadruk ligt op het verhuren van de kamer

Eigenlijk niets maar een verbeterpunt is het ontbijt. Dat was sober maar de cappuccino meer dan heerlijk!

Teleurgesteld prijs/kwaliteit

Ligging van B&B was uitstekend. op enkele minuten lopen van station Bellinzona.

De WIFI werkte niet, ook na verschillende contactmomenten met de host/eigenaar. Volgens de boeking zat er een keukentje bij maar bij aankomst was het een kamer met een koelkast. De buren waren erg luiddruchtig tot diep in de nacht.
