it was a mistake that I booked the property and i last entire booked amount

Please dont book this property, it is very unhygienic; this property is normal monthly rented type appartment buidling.i booked for 4 nights ,but after seeing the room condition, I immediately returned back the key and i did not even staying single hour.

This property is not fit for hospitality purpose, condition and approach was very bad

Nobody listens and reverts , too bad stay. Techinan came and said reparing is required.

The owner lady is completely ignorant , no cooling in the room . Aircon doesn’t work . Remote of the television has no batteries. Washroom was stinking of previous guest poop lying inside

it was Good stay in this one bedroom apartment.

we had a pleasure stay there, it is basically 1 bedroom furnished Appartment with one bedroom with balcony, one drawing room, one bathroom, open small kitchen with drawings room. location was good, amenities was near by.

it was privately managed by the owner who are not physically available there in Dubai. it is not a hotel, so don’t expect direct contact point to resolve your issues, two guards available at building reception who can help you for common building issue, like assisting to get parking lot, swimming pool etc.

Brak FV za delegacje firmową, pomimo próśb. Obiekt bardzo brudny, okropny zapach w łazience z prysznica. Niedziałająca mikrofala. Ptasie pióra w ekspresie !!!. Odradzam szerokim łukiem. Broni się lokalizacja. Jak najmniej takich obiektów w Booking, bo odechciewa się gdzieś jeździć
