Very comfortable rooms but no available staff is a drawback.

There is no breakfast in The Georgian; it is available in the sister hotel, Morgan’s. It is a very short walk but that’s still a nuisance on a rainy day (which it was every day we were there.) The breakfast in Morgan’s is quite good though and good value for money.

There are no staff in The Georgian. Check in is in Morgan’s.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Our stay included breakfast which was really good value.

Our room was at the front of the property and was quite noisy outside. I’d suggest requesting a room at the back if you want a quieter night.

Beautiful picturesque room, with excellent facilities and value for money

it had very nice facilities, such as an iron for shirts, alongside a very effective radiator. The room looked very classy and the breakfast was excellent

A beautifully restored old building in a great location.

This is a beautiful building and the room was gorgeous with lovely period features and antique furniture and accessories. The location was great with access to both the city Centreand the marina with excellent restaurants and museums nearby.

My room was on the second floor and there is no lift. It would have been good to have been warned about this as I find stairs difficult and I would have requested a room on the first floor.

The main Morgans hotel has a classy feel to it; the Georgian is better for a younger generation.

Breakfast was good, if a little slow.

So many stairs to climb. The bar downstairs held a noisy bass-thumping party till midnight. If they'd told me of the party I wouldn't have booked.

All things considered very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Staff very friendly and helpful . Bed was comfortable. Room had air conditioning . Lovely bathroom with nice towels, bathrobes and toiletries .

The room looked like it had been recently refurbished and were about 10 sockets in room but no usb port . There are no sockets in the bathroom . Also there were only black tea bags - no green or herbal tea bags

Superb hotel, centrally located, with welcoming, helpful, friendly and polite staff.

Wonderful staff, excellent central location, the room was beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. It was the best night's sleep we've every had in central Swansea. An then there's the breakfast! I suggest you have a light meal the evening before to fully enjoy it. You certainly won't need lunch afterwards.

An impressive bedroom in an otherwise disappointing hotel

The bedroom and en-suite bathroom were attractive and comfortable

The breakfast options were limited and the cooked breakfast had to be ordered separately and was underwhelming when it arrived. The room was up several flights of stairs with no lift, in a separate building from the rest of the hotel.

I guess the parking could be a bit more obvious and maybe available for guests at both hotels…but it does make it clear on the website that’s not the case.

There was a confusion when we arrived, as they couldn’t find our reservation, Rhys was extremely helpful & reassuring & eventually found our booking. The breakfast staff started clearing exactly @ 10am, despite quite a lot of residents still eating their breakfast

Little visit from the north

Stunning rooms and bathrooms. AMY on reception in morgans was helpful and friendly, and she went out of her way to help us with information to help our stay enjoyable. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection. Opted for bagel with poached eggs and avocado, it was delishious. ⭐️Try Gigi Chinese round the corner

There isn't a lift as we were on the third floor with bags, not ideal for people who can't climb stairs.

A nice bit of luxury

The room was lovely, comfy bed and bedding. The curtains kept the light out. The air conditioning was welcome . The bathroom was lovely, good quality paper and toiletries. Shower was really good. Complimentary glass bottled water, coffee pod machine, kettle for tea and fabulous biscuits.
