Location, nice room size
Although we paid extra to stay in the « main building », our room was in a small annex outside, next to the beer delivery, which woke us up early. Staff was nice about it but as the place was full, not much to be done.

Staff were exceptional 😀 very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and fab quality. Location was superb and close to everything
The beds were awful!!! Far too soft.. on out first night my side had no springs in the middle so very little sleep - they did move to another room for our 2nd night but again mattress so soft so little sleep again.. Also we stayed in the townhouse bit which was quite noisy
