Absolutely stunning views. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Only 15 minutes walk into Matlock Bath. The seating area up the stairs in the garden is really something special.

Quiet location. Good parking. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Nice walks into Matlock and Matlock Bath
Very disappointed there was no hot tub as it was advertised with one and we were not told it was not now available.
Dishwasher leaked really badly. We only used it once. Door seal was faulty. Although advertised as pet friendly, no where for a dog to go safely on its own. Steps up to decking area were not good for dogs due to gaps in steps.

We loved the location, the tasteful decor , the wood for the fire, the crockery and cutlery, the comfy beds, the dog bowls and treats! So much to love! Also there was a welcoming bottle of wine and snacks. The bathroom was amazing too!
Thought there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. We had to brush off the garden furniture! It was only March but the weather was good !!

Spacious, light, great decor. Absolutely stunning property with views to match. Fully equipped kitchen, large bath and shower, cosy living room, large comfortable bed.
Be aware of the steep back garden with some sheer drops of around 7ft, not suitable if you have small children or a nosey Staffordshire bull terrier that decided to jump from one of the drops.
