Flat was well equipped. Clean and spacious. Location Central. Plenty of shops and local amenities. Staff so friendly and helpful.

The attention to detail and quality of the furnishings and fittings. Ideal location for access to shops, harbour and park area. Ideal parking space off road. Lovely touches like the welcome hamper.

Beautiful and comfortable modern apartment with own convenient parking space outside the entrance. Disappointing view out across the public car park and main road. Excellent location 100m from the Boat Float and 100m from M&S foodshop.

No instructions available for how to use the appliances like the dishwasher and cooker, or what to do with rubbish/recycling. We were blocked into our car parking space on a couple of days by people who had parked their cars / delivery vans (illegally) along the access road down the side of the building. We'd have been blocked out of the space if we'd taken the car out in the morning and returned in the afternoon.

The apartment was superb, we have been spoiled. Everything about it was perfect including location. As we opened the door and walked in....wow. It had everything from parking right down to loo rolls, if you forgive our humour. Bed comfortable and luxurious, the ensuite shower was superb and an automatic night light so you didn't have to disturb your other half. Location was central, walking distance to everything. We would fully recommend this property to anyone.
