This beautiful, minimalistic property is perfect for those who like to be near all of the action and within a stone's throw away from the eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and cafes Dartmouth has to offer. Although, the apartment is close to all of the amenities it offers a sense of seclusion, it is set further back from the main road and can only be accessed on foot.


The building was built in 1850 as a sail loft and is a charming property, the design of 2 The Sail Loft perfectly compliments the old with the new. As you enter the apartment you are greeted with an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Through the hallway you'll access the two bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Parking An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces).


Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.


Power and Heat: Gas central heating, included in rent. Underfloor heating in the bathroom.


Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
