Open plan kitchen, dining and living room, with comfortable furnishings and two Juliet balconies boasting river views. A short, level walk from shops, restaurants and the waterfront, 5 Dartmouth House is ideal for a couple or family looking to explore Dartmouth, with or without a dog.
Amenities: Electric oven, microwave, four-ring gas hob, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. A separate utility cupboard houses the washing machine.

It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. The property so close to the river and town is in a perfect location. With the underground secure parking which is fantastic and takes a lot of the stress away from finding parking which is a bit of a problem in Dartmouth.
The ship inn round the corner has coors on draft and lovely food and service. Beautiful walks from and around Dartmouth.
Bigby on sea was well worth the visit lovely shallow bathing and sandy beach.
