The location was great, could sit with a cup of tea and watch the boats go by. The apartment was a good size.

Took us a little time to sort out the hot water. Maybe more instructions on the cupboard would be good.

Excellent & clean all around

Only drawback was climbing the stairs (my brother is a little restricted physically).

From reviews there are 42 steps to the property, but it does not say what type I was considering cobbled outside steps but it was indoor carpet steps like in a house, 3 flights with a rail, which were no issue, and good exercises. Being 3rd Floor meant less noise, better views.

Lack of parking, better not to take a car, we left ours in another town with friends so we didn't have to worry about it. The fridge door needs to be higher as it scrapes along the floor. The bathroom light needs fixing, so we bought a torch...showering in torchlight is different....or leaving the door open if you don't mind the company your with seeing you naked.

Location was amazing, perfect to explore Dartmouth and catch ferries, our 6 year olds loved the window seat for reading, and the decoration made it homely. The kitchen has everything you need and it was lovely and warm and welcoming when we entered on a cold rainy night. Books and games made it welcoming and homely. Although it doesn’t say on the facilities list, it does have a hairdryer (2 in fact!).

Small bedroom had no room for luggage, shower difficult to get warm, toilet seat wobbly, fridge door needs changing as opens to wall, we couldn’t get the wall radiator to work in small room (but that may have been us).
