Generally very well equipped, close to some good pubs/restaurants/shops, and boasting a truly phenomenal view across the Dart estuary. Whilst parking is a bit tight, the fact that it boasts its own dedicated parking area right outside the front door in such a wonderful location is also a massive selling point.
Nothing really, outside of individual preferences in terms of bed/furniture comfort, etc., and as has been referenced previously by others, the length of the staircase that one has to climb to access the living area might be tiresome/problematical for some.

Fabulous setting and plenty of room. Everything you could want really.
An extra chair in the master bedroom would be handy to put clothes on.
