Emplacement parfait, proche forêt, océan et Lisbonne, très calme, idéal pour se resourcer. Maison charmante, pratique et confortable.

Úžasný, krásný a pohodlný dům na venkově. Klidné místo, žádný ruch okolo. Krásně zařízené pokoje, posezení na tetasách, knihy, skvěle vybavená kuchyň, pračka, myčka…Příjemný majitel. Čistota a pořádek.
Vše bylo ok, v menší ložnici mohly být 2 přikrývky, ta 1 byla pro 2 lidi menší…

Location was fine for us, between Cascais and Sintra (if you like palaces) ~20mins from both. Easy to reach beaches further up the coast e.g. praia grande et al. Cooler than on the coast and quieter apart from an early morning cockerel.
Definitely need a car if you stay here but see comment below about parking at the property.
Short 15min walk down hill to a local Spar shop and a number of restaurants in the vicinity.
Parked in Cascais in a 'free' car park, a short 10-15min walk from the train station when we went to Belém and Lisbon.
Getting into and out of the property was problematic if you had a mid or large car. Maybe easier with a small car.
I don't believe this is mentioned in the write up but be warned you really need to be able to park the car in the on site garage else you are doing a 180 degree turn from a narrow road, not ideal especially at night.
For us the sliding doors to the property were imposing, looked like Fort Knox.

The property exceeded my expectations in many ways! Its in a nice neighborhood with similar homes. The Villa itself was well designed, modern, with great mechanicals. The views are lovely, and we felt very secure in this home. The kitchen was nice and full of items needed for cooking. Its Private, Sercure, pleanty of space for relaxing, and several terraces to sit and enjoy the views. The mini splits work like champs on days of high temps.... the bath rooms were clean and spacious with tankless hot water....my son and I Loved the QUIET, and the atrium windows and doors to let the fresh air in (on cooler days). The parking spot is tight, but the primary electric gate worked well and made us feel secure. The neighborhood is quiet, and we felt very secure all the time. Obragado Villa Chacara Flora! (there was a great library with CDs, movies and books, but we were just into relaxing in the Quiet!)
