Located in the heart of Sintra's Historic Centre, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the town's magnificent historic palaces and castles.
With its mystical, magical and romantic atmosphere, Sintra has an infinite number of beautiful parks, wonderful landscapes and cultural treasures waiting to be discovered. Your family will be close to everything when staying in this space, with a central location and just a 10-minute walk from the train station.
This cosy apartment offers complete privacy.
You will be able to enjoy 3 bedrooms, one of which is a spacious bedroom with a full bathroom. There are two more bedrooms, a second full bathroom, a comfortable living room and a spacious, well-lit kitchen.
Enjoy local groceries or take advantage of the many restaurants located just around the corner. We recommend that you explore the village and enjoy delicious Portuguese cuisine in its romantic or casual settings.
CHECK-IN:
We strive to receive and check in our guests personally whenever possible, but this depends on the arrival time. If we are unable to check in personally, a self-check-in option via a safe is available at any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date.
Rest assured that once settled in, you will find the apartment cosy and comfortable.

Late check-in (after 20:00 - €30; after 22:00 - €50)
Early check-in (between 10:30 and 12:00 - €50; between 12:00 and 15:00 - €30)

Please note that the loss of the key and/or the cost of changing locks will result in a charge of €200.
Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Sintra. This tax is charged by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the cost of accommodation. The tax is 2 euros per night and per person, for a maximum of 3 nights. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this tax.
LOCAL ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION:
To comply with local regulations, the apartment is registered with Tourism Portugal and is supervised by local authorities. We are obliged to inform the national authorities about the identity of all guests. Therefore, it will be necessary to complete the identity document or passport details of each person staying in the apartment, and this must be done through our online check-in before the check-in date. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but monthly cleaning with our service providers will be mandatory and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.
For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas costs are not included and will be charged to guests.
If pets are allowed, guests are not only responsible for compliance with existing community regulations, but also for the good condition of the property and for any damage caused by pets during their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothing; urine or faeces odours, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).

The apartment location cannot be beaten, its minutes from the historic centre which is really convenient. We enjoyed the local cafes, restaurants and shops and most of the attractions we wanted to visit were within walking distance (20-50mins away) in beautiful scenery. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was excellent as well, very good and prompt.

Nice central location although it was a little difficult to find at first. There were three wonderful bakeries and many restaurants and shops within a one block distance from the door. We appreciated the full kitchen and the laundry machine, although it took a long time for things to air dry due to the humidity. The only other issues were no convenient parking for the rental car, the electrical breaker kept tripping when we used the space heaters, and a bathroom door that was too tight for its door frame.

Our stay was wonderful. It was just what we were looking for in between Lisbon and Porto. A quiet town, meals end early, but the hosts were very communicative and we LOVED the apartment. Exactly what we were looking for. We had one couple and two singles and the space was perfect!
