Cà Bèla - San Marco

Casa stupenda! Arredata con stile, dotata di ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno di 2/3 giorni (ma secondo anche per più giorni). La casa ha un balconcino che affaccia su una meravigliosa vista della città. La zona è tranquilla e ti permette di raggiungere il centro in poche fermate di metro.

The location is great and the place was spotless - very clean and well equipped. It also matched the photographs perfectly. The host is very friendly and communication was fast end efficient.

appartamento spazioso e luminoso, arredato con gusto, ottima posizione, situata nella vicinanza dei bar, ristoranti, negozi, supermarket, metropolitana, Pinacoteca di Brera e la comunicazione efficace con i gestori.

Beautiful apartment in the center. It defenetly is loud but you can expect that in the center.

I booked this apartment because the description said it had two beds — one bedroom and a sofa bed — which was important since I’m traveling with my 18-year-old daughter. When we arrived, there were no sheets for the sofa, and when I asked the host, she said it wasn’t included in the price and that I should have mentioned it and paid extra. This means the apartment does not actually include two beds as shown on Booking.com. My daughter ended up sleeping on the sofa with just a blanket. Also, the communication was very poor — the host didn’t reply to any of my Booking messages about how to access the apartment until late the evening before my arrival, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and made me worry it might be a scam. PS - They are doing a industrial work on this building so there are very loud noises from early morning.
