The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS will have to register with the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The office is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost of it is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).
NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL TIME while on the property for safety

I had a great weekend getaway with my two teens at this resort! There was plenty to do, and the resort provided beach/pool toys, two chairs, and an umbrella - super convenient. The private beach access was a big plus, and the pool was delightful. We also loved the poolside café with affordable options like grilled cheese, nachos, and quesadillas.
The condo itself was very comfortable. The beds were actually more comfortable than those at another condo down the street where our family stayed (and paid nearly 3x more). The small kitchen was handy for quick meals, and the decor was tasteful and welcoming. Even though our unit faced the parking lot, it wasn’t a big deal. Just steps away was a balcony with a beach view.
We had a minor issue with water pressure and temperature, but the owner responded quickly and sent a maintenance tech who resolved it right away. Great service!
There is a $30 parking permit fee, but it’s very reasonable compared to other places along the beach.
Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and I’d definitely return. Highly recommend for families looking for an affordable and comfortable beach vacation.
