*Renovated unit with Fireplace!
*Accommodate up to 4 guests max (including children and infants). Resort is very strict about those rules
*2 queen-size beds with brand new memory foam mattresses.
*Big TV!
*The kitchen with 9.8-cu ft Top-Freezer Refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a quick meal cook!
*The kitchen has pans, pots, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and etc.
*Full bathroom with hairdryer and starting kit
*Bed linens and towels for inside usage provided (Please bring your own beach towels, or you can buy it at the store near the resort)
*Iron and iron board
*Free Pack 'n Play!
*Amazing ocean and pools view from the condo!
*Perfect location: right on the beach with attractions and restaurants near by!
*Multiple restaurants and tons of activities are just across the street from the Resort!
*World Famous St. Andrews state park less than 4 miles away from the Resort!
*Experience the ultimate beach day at Shell Island (less than 4 miles away from our condo!). Families can enjoy everything from sunbathing and beachcombing (the island is home to countless indigenous shells) to kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, and dolphin tours!

*Game room on the 6th floor
***NO BALCONY in the condo. Only in the common areas in the hallway.
*You can open the window to get fresh air from the ocean.
*After arrival, you need to register at the registration desk. Valid ID required at the time of registration. After you pay $30 (cash only) parking fee to the resort (for the whole state for the whole family) you will receive a parking pass. One parking spot per unit only.
*There will be 4 armbands provided for the guests in the condo. Guest must leave the armbands at the same place at the unit before the check out.
***Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
***If you arrive after working hours you can register the next day or ask the security officer for a temporary parking pass (if he is available, he might be checking properly around). It is okay to park your car without a parking pass overnight.
***Guest must be 21 years old to book the condo. A valid ID is required at the time of registration.
*Beach Services in Panama City beach are open and available from March 1- October 31

Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more. Occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or window is open just like a fly would seek water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.

This unit was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The beds were top notch; so much that my husband and I will be making a purchase. Communication was amazing and was extremely helpful with all questions and inquiries. Unit was well stocked with everything that we required for a great vacation.
