Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
*This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under. No Exceptions. *
**Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Any wristbands not left will incur additional fees. **
**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site who are not staying within the complex. **
**The Top of the Gulf Cafe is seasonal through Oct 31st (subject to change) **

The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.

The property is very nice and tucked away in just the right spot where it’s not super busy. The decorations were nice and calming and it had everything you need besides just groceries. They had a full inventory of dishes and silverware, as well as any appliances you could think of (and even some you may not have thought of). The only negative things were 1) the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned in what seemed like months, and the sheets were not very comfortable. The sheets were kind of scratchy to be honest. The wife and I were overall very pleased with the unit and will be booking again
