Gather around the dining table with four seats or kick back in the warm and inviting living area. With the shared pool and sun deck, you and your group will have plenty of fun on your next vacation. What's nearby: This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is a short distance from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles away, and it has shopping, attractions, and big-name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional attractions for all ages, WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away. You can get hands-on experience with dolphins and other marine animals in Gulf World.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER.
The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office to receive your parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost of it is $30, and they accept cash only.
NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL TIME while on the property for safety

Beautiful, clean condo. Very comfortable bed. Only a couple of issues. The sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off the corners and when the ceiling fan was on it rattled when the air conditioner came on. Overall it is a great condo. Would definitely stay here again.
