The location was great. Close to everything, and the beach was perfect. There weren't that many people at all-no crowds. Never stayed in a studio, but this one was great. It was clean while being pretty spacious. Definitely would book again. I also loved the parking lot situation.
Washer and dryer being in a separate room, but that wasn't a big deal.

The view and full kitchen
A let’s out couch would be nice. It was a little hard sleeping on that futon. Also I understand that the owners aren’t there but having to take out the trash was interesting. I’m sure someone has to come and clean the place, I just felt that should be included.
