Top of the Gulf 410 Beach Front Condo - Renovated!

Did not have a hot tub, as was advertised. The mat leading to the beach should extend further out, I use a mobility chair, cannot walk far.

It was clean. The shower head in the bathroom was wonderful. Very short walk out to the beach. Swimming pool was clean and plenty lounge chairs.

Bathroom very, very small. We had to call the rental company because toilet was stopped up and bathroom sink would not drain. Absolutely no where to hang clothes, wet bathing suits or wet beach towels. It is 1 big room and a bathroom, would not recommend for Adults needing privacy, good for a mother, father and 1 or 2 younger children. They have to many rules for the condo property. We rented a golf cart for 24 hrs, had to take it back because they would not let us park it on property. We were 4 adults, ages ranging from 55 to 60 years, not drinkers, not partying but felt as though we were being watched like teenagers. I understand the need for rules but this place just wasn't for us.

Super close beach access and a great price.

The food at the Snack Shack was terrible, definitely not worth the money. We were also under the impression that there would be a balcony connected to the room, however there was not. Other than that our stay was good.
