Top of the Gulf 316 Beachfront Studio Condo

The location was beachside

The water was not hot enough.

Right off of Thomas drive and right on the beach The pool and snack bar were great Beds were comfortable

The property itself is old and in need of remodeling there’s chunks of the ceiling that have fell off leaving holes all throughout (picture is not even the worse of it). The room we stayed in needed work the bathroom door was rotted it needed replaced all of the baseboards and door frames needed replaced or at least painted. The bathtub spout is barely hanging on it’s been caulked all around it. There’s not a full size fridge it’s a bigger mini fridge. There’s tv is small. The room itself is small and when it says partial view it means really partial in the very corner of the window. No balcony. There was a main water leak when we were there and the power and water was out for hours no A/C and no water it was miserable we went home a day early I contacted the property to see about a refund and was told no. It’s hard to be in Florida at the beach with no A/C… overall would not stay here again
