Welcome to Top of the Gulf 110! This charming newly renovated studio is the perfect retreat—whether you're seeking a peaceful solo escape, a romantic getaway, or a cozy stay for a small family. With two comfortable queen beds and a full bathroom, this condo offers both comfort and convenience. Wake up each morning to breathtaking views as the sun rises over the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast before heading out for a day on the beach. After a sun-soaked afternoon, unwind with a stunning sunset and explore the many amenities the property has to offer—including a game room, shuffleboard, cornhole, oversized Adirondack chairs, and a quaint on-site café. The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.
**Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Any wristbands not left will incur additional fees. **
**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site who are not staying within the complex. **
**The Top of the Gulf Cafe is seasonal through Oct 31st (subject to change) **

At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north, and to the south is the beautiful Gulf.
