Top of the Gulf 416 is a recently renovated cozy condo featuring Gulf views from large floor-to-ceiling windows and is perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway. Guests will find two queen beds to allow up to 4 guests to sleep comfortably. A small kitchen is available for easy meals and includes a dishwasher for even easier cleanup. Take advantage of the on-site game room, shuffleboard, cornhole, large Adirondack chairs to relax in, and a small café. Your next vacation is waiting, and Top of the Gulf 416 will have you ready to come back year after year to make memories on the Gulf Coast.
The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.
**Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Any wristbands not left will incur additional fees. **
**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site who are not staying within the complex. **
**The Top of the Gulf Cafe is seasonal through Oct 31st (subject to change) **

Top of the Gulf is a great condo! I like that it's not too big. You don't have to walk a million miles to get around the condo. There's a short walk from your room to the elevators. When you come off at elevator, the parking lot is immediately to your left and you are only steps away from your car and the pool is right outside the lobby to your right again, only steps away. Just beyond that, is that cute little snack shack and just beyond that is the walkway to the beach. The entire condo is wheelchair and wagon accessible all the way to the beach. There are lots of families here and everyone was nice and friendly. All the staff were also very helpful, kind and friendly. The views from the main balconies were stunning and the pool is big, clean and beautiful. Top of the Gulf is a great condo!
Our room however, not so much! It looked and felt like a old, outdated, cheap motel room. The room needs major renovations. Lots of rust on metal trim,
The bathroom door was peeling and unsightly. There was holes and tears all over the vinyl flooring. The table and chairs was an in poor condition. The lamp beside the refrigerator that seemed out of place anyway did not work. But most importantly the mattresses were terrible. They were cheap, old, hard, creaky and very thin. My body was sore from sleeping on it. The pull out couch was falling apart and only my child was able to sleep on it. An adult would not be able to.
