The rental company texted us shortly after arrival, so communication was easy.We had plenty of towels, which isn't always the case. The kitchen was well stocked for such a small space. The coffee mugs are small. Not complaining, just saying. The parking garage was nice, but we had to pay 70 to the HOA for parking, which was not included in the original rental fee, even though the listing stated there were no hidden fees. This fact soured my attitude toward the rental company. I had to keep reminding myself, you get what you pay for. I have found that we have a better experience if we rent someone else's vacation home rather than from a rental company. But the price was right, so I took a chance. When the rental company realized their mistake, they should have comped the 70.The beach view was decent, but no sunrise or sunset views. And there is live music several evenings, which I would have enjoyed in my 20s. In my 50s, I want to enjoy the sound of the waves. The live music in the evening killed the vibe for me. I would be happy to return to this facility with my 20-something kids. They would enjoy the lit-up pool, tiki bar, and restaurant, etc.The security and staff at this facility are very good. The room is cooled with a wall air conditioner. It is surprisingly efficient, even though it leaked onto the balcony for most of our stay. It took two maintenance visits to get it fixed. The guy who came on our last day deserves a bonus. He did a great job.

The view is amazing!! Parking garage was an adventure, I’m thankful it wasn’t during peek season. The condo was clean but not deep cleaned (lots of dust on ceiling fan so we didn’t use it, hair dryer was full of fuzz so we used our own). Elevators were quick so that was nice. Overall for the price, with that amazing view the outdated decor and not being deep cleaned is something we could overlook.

VRBO asks about the view it was over the pool and facing SE so great. The room could use some upgrading, there is a one inch gap below the door and the winds blow in dust and dirt including the dryer vent lint. I guess we were supposed to damp mop the sand and dirt from the floor, maybe they should supply a vacum because the broom was old and not doing the job. Last comment is we killed 3 cockroaches it seemed everytime we turned the bathroom light on after returning to the room there would be one, The last one returned to the overflow in the sink but we flushed him out and killed him. Maybe cleaning should regularly flush all the overflows as this is a common hidding place a little bleach would kill future eggs.
