I've stayed here more than 3 times. First of all, location is very convenient, just walking distance from Hang Tuah monorail station and Lalaport. Lots of cafes and food in the area. Staff are kind and accommodating; they respond quickly to your requests too.

The SMELL was really strong this time, maybe it was just my room 3A01A. The moment you enter the building, there's a smell. It smells kinda stale? Anyway, the smell in my room was VERY strong so my clothes absorbed the smell and I could smell the room even when I was out and about. Even after I had done my laundry back home, I could still smell a bit of the room on some of my clothes. I think you guys might need to put a deodoriser in your rooms, especially the ones without windows. After this experience, I'm not sure whether I'll be back again because I sure do not like smelling like a room. Not only that, I left something in the fridge this time and it was gone. Staff said their housekeepers didn't throw anything out so maybe a guest stole it idk. On my second night, the people who stayed next door to me entered really late, past midnight and they were making A LOT of noise I had the hardest time falling asleep.
