it was located in walking distance to LRT and from there only 3 stops to KL sentral. and walking distance to jalan alor Night market.. walking distance to KK mart and 7elevan as well. nearby to pudu sentral where people get bus to genting highlands. if you travel from singapore to malaysia by bus, if your bus stops as Lalaport malaysia. then apartment is again in walking distance to lalaport. all these locations are within 1km range. apartment has all amenties mentioned. washing machine was a plus point and saved much time for laundry. you can user roof top swimming pool which has uninterrupted view of new merdeka tower. overall it was a nice small, clean and cozy apartment and would recommend for others.
our agent wasn't much friendly. maybe it's the way he is. anyway cannot expect hotel level welcome. but bit more pleasant and smile when working with customers would have been nice.

No breakfast it was an apartment. place was fine
place is very noisy due to the railway line outside with trains passing both ways every 5 mins. Kitchen utensils and things could have been better. No coffee maker. very limited pots and plates etc.

Close to everything. We walked to all the attractions. Comfortable bed and a washing machine. It even had a roof top pool.
The train was a little noisy but within hours we never heard it.

Location wise it was , property is spacious . Helpful staff
1. Noise from rapid rail
2. No wifi
3. Checkin should have been convenient - make sure you bring cash, they don’t share this in advance that they only accept , bank transfer and No Wallets. They send this when you are gate for checkin.
4. No additional tissue papers or bin bags provided.
