The property is about a 5-minute walk from Hang Tuah Monorail Station. It is in a very convenient location, and I did not feel unsafe even when walking back around 10 p.m. The room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The washing machine is located on the balcony, so you need to go outside the room to use it. I did not cook, so I cannot comment on the kitchen facilities. The owner’s stated office hours are from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. I arrived at the building around 8 a.m. to leave my luggage in advance, but I had to wait until 9:40 a.m. If the room is available, early check-in may also be possible for an additional fee. (Another group staying in a different room did this.) The owner is easy to contact via WhatsApp.
The railway line is nearby, so the sound of trains may bother some people.
