Location
The block as a whole was very unclean. Smells of rubbish in the halls. No lift the entire stay. The furniture is shabby. Holes in walls and doors with poor attempts at covering them up. Bathroom stinks. There are ladies of the night throughout the entire block.

Worst flat ever do not book!!!!!
The location of this flat is close to town.
It started as a very bad experience on check in. The flat wasn't ready the host met us at 3pm he told us the flat was being cleaned. We where allowed in but had to wait 30 mins while the cleaner cleaned the flat. The lift wasn't working we had to climb 3 flights of stairs and the corridors looked shabby and unkempt like students digs.
The flat looked quite airy from the photos with a newish kitchen but it was dirty and the oven had a broken oven door that was dangerous. The host told us to use the QR code to get into wifi it did work so we had no wifi and could not use the smart TV We contacted the customer helpline and the guy told us he would ask the host to contact us this never happened. The bed was uncomfortable with old bedding. There was at least hot water and the shower worked although the bathroom needed a deep clean. We left the following day even though we had booked for 1 further night. We did not want to stay. It was one of our worst experiences of staying in a flat and we do travel a lot.
We have contacted Booking.com as we feel we are owed a full refund for the night we did not stay.

Absolutely disgusting place and hosts. The apartment decor was nice and that is the only nice thing about this place! toilet seat was broken which they then tried to charge me for until I proved it with video evidence Which then comes to my second issue. Either the hosts are dishonest or the room wasn’t cleaned ready for me to go in which a service charge is built into the price. Then the oven and stove didn’t work. WiFi was down all week so don’t count on the attractive feature of preloaded apps like Netflix! Not to mention a rude host. I was struggling with all my bags he didn’t even offer to hold the door open for me. The place stank due to the open and dirty bin porch at the ground floor. I had to put a towel under the door as I could still smell it on me after I left the property. I made a complaint and then they hit me with damage charges. Dishonest. Unclean. Bar microwave and kettle kitchen wasn’t working. Rude hosts. The place stinks. And weirdos around the property waiting to come in straight after you buzz yourself in. I’m not one for leaving bad comments but I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone. If you stay here then I strongly advise you to video the whole apartment

I had requested a self check in which was denied. I was told to meet the site manager at 3:00 PM outside the property. Based on the poor communication prior to my arrival, I knew the site manager would be late. At 3:10 PM I had to call the office (it appears to be a call centre in India) and given the letting agency/call centre has 552 listings on Booking, it took them at least 5 minutes to locate my reservation. I was told the site manager was held up with another check in. Really! (And they had to nerve to send a message after I had checked out, suggesting I should rate them at 9 or 10. Please! Even a 6 is generous of me.) So why tell me to meet him at 3:00 PM? At 3:20 a scruffy looking guy appeared, he was the apparently ‘site manager’!!! His English was next to zero. He did not help me with my luggage and could barely hold the doors for me going up to the apartment. No apology was given for being late. The apartment is facing the back. Actually a wall, so there is no views and no phone coverage what so ever. The WI-FI in the apartment was weak and my WI-FI did not work due to bad reception. Everything in the apartment is cheap and broken. The toilet seat was broken which the cleaner would have seen and reported to the letting agency. Cheap uncomfortable mattress. The bed was broken, the sides were loose and detached from the headboard. The cleaning could have been better. There was used toilet paper on the floor underneath the sink in the bathroom and the apartment did not seem very clean. Cheap blinds. No bathroom shelf, paper thin pillows, no closet, a mini fan which was useless. The chairs in the living room were cheap and unstable, missing light bulbs. It is clear this apartment is badly maintained and no money has been spent on the decoration or furniture. Dirty communal areas, the same trash that was laying around was there the entire 6 days I was there. Very rough neighbors, some were arguing in the hallway on my floor.

Great location just off Preston Station
Apartment was very nice, everything needed from washing machine, fridge, iron, to a wine cooler. Complementary soap and shampoo. TV with apps pre-installed. Property manager Dave was very nice and helpful. Fantastic location too

A lovely property indeed with plesant, helpful staff.
It had all the necessary facilities, was nicely decorated and very clean. The location was very convenient for my purposes. The local staff were pleasant, helpful and punctual.
The bed was far too hard for me and the property was slightly overlooked by other windows. I felt that the booking process, with a need to provide a security deposit outside of the mechanisms of the booking.com website, was cumbersome.

Una pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. NOS FUIMOS A LA PRIMERA NOCHE Y AUN ESTOY PENDIENTE DE QUE ME DEVUELVAN EL DINERO DE LAS NOCHES NO DISFRUTADAS (11!).
A pesar de que el apartamento reunía condiciones buenas, la realidad era muy diferente. En nuestro apartamento, se observaban golpes en las paredes y puertas (como si hubieran dado patadas), había elementos rotos (como el horno, el cristal del cual estaba completamente destrozado) o elementos en mal estado (alcachofa de la ducha, cuchillos). La puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien. La limpieza general del apartamento dejaba mucho que desear. Pero el principal problema para nosotros es que el aparato de WIFI de nuestro apartamento estaba roto y nosotros habíamos indicado nuestra necesidad de teletrabajo. Aunque lo explicamos claramente a nuestra llegada no sé nos ofreció ninguna solución ni este problema ni al resto. Así que les indicamos nuestra intención de irnos a la mañana siguiente y se mostraron compresivos. Pero a partir de aquí la comunicación se volvió unidireccional, ya que por su parte no había nunca ninguna respuesta. Actualmente nos encontramos reclamando el dinero de esta estancia no disfrutada y aluden que desconocían nuestra situación. Una pesadilla...

Het is niet zoals op de foto’s naar verwachting
De locatie was perfect en midden in de stad waardoor je alles lopend kon doen
Toen ik aankwam in het apartement was het niet zoals op de plaatjes. De klep van de oven miste, er was een deuk in de deur geslagen, er was een vies beest in de keuken, tv werkte wel maar kon geen netflix of youtube kijken, de wifi werkte niet, de slang van de douchekop was half los waardoor het water eruit spoot er geen goede waterdruk was om normaal mijn haren te wassen en tot slot was de wc vierkant maar de bril was stuk dus die hadden ze vervangen door een ronde bril. Hierdoor zat je dus niet comfortabel op het toilet.
