Wouldn’t stay here again. But good location if you dont care about cleanliness

The location was in central Preston! great walking distance from everything! short 10 minute walk from train station!

I was given the wrong code to unlock the lock box, had to stand outside in the cold for 20 minutes at nightfall (either way no one helped). The dishes were left unclean! complained and still was charged a cleaning fee. Had a longer stay.. in description it says "someone would come clean if you're stay was longer than 7 days." No one came around. Possible mold in shower, dirty oven, and stove top.. Looked like no one had cleaned at all..

No parking as been told in the website. No soap, shampoo, handsoap. And all rooms smell like paint, dust or something like that. We couldnt open the window cos people passing thru the aisle would be able to see us

Exceptional

The property was very well equipped. It had all that was necessary for my stay, both in terms of equipment in the kitchen and the bathroom. The towels and linen provided were appropriate. The iron and ironing board was an unexpected plus (i only iron shirts) and the hoover provided so i could tidy up up before leaving. Overall i enjoyed my stay and will return; indeed i have already booked to stay again and that was before being provided with the 10%off voucher after the end of my stay!

I should like to have been given more than one bin bag - a couple left in the bottom of the bin wouldn't have gone amiss. Apart from that it was all good!

Easy check in and check out process. Modern apartment with good appliances including a dishwasher and loads of cutlery and equipment for cooking. Also a great location!

Overall enjoyed our stay, but small things: - Tiny TV for the size of the room - No hand towel or bath mat provided - No dishwasher tablets given - Shower door was broken so water leaked out at times - Had issues with radiator in living room, switched to manual but the temperature wouldn’t rise accordingly

Lovely apartment for a short stay

We really enjoyed the apartment and the fact the TV was up to date with streaming use (Netflix). Very spacious downstairs. There was beautiful glassware and kitchen crockery and everything you needed to cook and eat in.

There wasn't any blinds or curtains on the huge windows downstairs which meant the daylight came in a lot so not ideal and not very private as there are flats opposite. Also, the bed is only a double and could have been a king at least for extra comfort but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. There could also have been a few toilet rolls and necessities for short stays.

Modern, clean, with everything you need and excellent location near and walking distance from almost everything.

Needs more light outside of the building and more detailed instructions about how you have to get the key of the property. I arrived late and the street was dark. I had a hard time finding the first door to pick up the key and then find the other door to go inside, it was confused to me. Also I was scared because I was traveling alone and there’s no good light in front of the building.

Loft apartment, 2 floors, nice furnishings, perfect size of room & bathrooms, good wifi, full equipped kitchen. Location near to the city centre.

No enough parking in the building, I asked them for a parking, they said your apartment without a parking! Flat No. 11. Very noisy night club & bars in same street. NO lift in the building. No one to contact with after 5 pm.

Nice place - but not in Summer!

Excellent location - close to all shops and amenities.

Many fittings are showing signs of wear + ineffective maintenance. Its NOT air-conditioned and there are no fans provided...which in a British Summer is STIFILING, as there is almost nil airflow through the the lower floor bedrooms. The reservation system was incompatible with Booking.Com's, resulting in an excessive amount of emails incorrectly warning about non-payment of deposits (among other things) The apartment wasn't very clean on arrival, which was surprising.

Location was good, with parking. Lovely size space in the rooms. Easy to contact the hosts, and they were very helpful.

Under sofa bed hadn't been cleaned which we found when pulled out (dirty socks/toys rubbish). No pillows or covers for person to use sofa bed - when told the hosts dropped them off to us.

great location ; quiet . Bedrooms & bathrooms are fine except no fans so bathroom steams up after shower

various issues •rubbish left in kitchen •had to empty dishwasher on arrival •electricity trips when using hob & fan •No cleaning materials or cloths or mop •No coat hangers • sparsely furnished - tight to sit 4 people • floors in hall ; stairs and kitchen lounge uncovered & unfinished • couldn’t get out of car park on departure as gate was broken ; evening got assistance to manually open it • despite a token £30 refund I’d rather not have to spend my weekend resolving issues • still waiting on phone call from a manager

Good

Place was nice and clean and in the town centre which was very convenient.

Stayed for 3 nights. We used separate bathrooms but only had 1 toilet roll. Would have been nice to have kitchen roll in the kitchen too and fairy liquid to wash up dishes before using rather than having to use the dishwasher every time. We also had to empty all the bins ourselves before checkout as this was stated in checkout email. would have preferred if the cleaner could have done this as we were very short of time and had to rush getting ready.
