The apartment is fine it I the housekeeping has cause the place to run down.

Lots of windows. Access to most things.

The entrance was dirty and had a bad smell. . The sheets were brown not white. The stove top was rusty.

I loved the apartment, it's truly wonderful! It's near a beautiful square, very close to the city center, and located on a quiet street. I really liked it!

The only flaw in the apartment is the mattresses; they really need to be replaced! That's the only negative point because they're disposable! But otherwise, the apartment is perfect, and I definitely want to return.

Terrible organisation from the letting company.

We couldn’t get access for the first day of a two day stay because we weren’t given the apartment number initially. this is an apartment block with lots of rooms on each floor. after knocking on a number of doors, trying the key in the empty ones we gave up and booked another hotel.

Accommodation was on the 4th floor, and the elevator wasn't working throughout the duration of stay. After several calls to fix, nothing was done. My wife and daughter(an infant) had to deal with going through the flight of stairs on a daily basis with buggy and other essentials for their daily outings. Check-in and check-out was hell as 3 pieces of luggage and other items had to be carried up through the stairs at check-in and down at checkout. A security deposit of £200 was deducted from my card every Sunday after the initial deposit of £200. A total of £800 has been taken without refunds as at the time of putting this up here.

good location. well equipped.

The property wasn’t clean there were long hairs, and lots of short ones everywhere, in the bed and bath and on the floor. if I’d been with the wife she wouldn’t have stayed. I booked it because of the parking but there wasn’t any. I phoned but was told the flat didn’t come with a parking space even though I had the confirmation. The lift wasn’t working so I had to lug all my stuff from the multi story up the stairs

It could have been better.

The Wi-Fi was very fast and accessible. The host was beyond exceptional

The bedding was dirty upon arrival. The stove was difficult to use. The hot water stopped working at night. There were not extra tissues or napkins provided.

toilet seat was broken - reported but not related during 4 day stay parking area was tight and our designated space was occupied rubbish left in entrance to building and car xx park area despite being non smoking / could smell smoke in corridors
