A wonderful location - perfect for the football stadium and with a superb pub only round the corner serving fantastic real ales and great food.
As someone with medical dietary issues, having a kitchen with a fridge/freezer/microwave took away the usual worries when booking a hotel.
Would not hesitate to book again or recommend it to others. Thank you both!

This is our second stay because it is great value for money, clean, comfortable and has a washing machine - essential for long holidays

The location and facilities were very good.
Unfortunately there was a strong smell of damp in the property. It was very unpleasant. I told the owners on arrival and they said they would look into it. It was fairly late when I arrived so stayed the night but it was not nice with the smell. In the morning I found snail trails all over my boots that I had left in the kitchen. I was on a course and supposed to be staying 3 nights so messaged the owners in the afternoon and it was obvious they had not meant they would look into anything whilst I was there at least. Therefore I had to leave and find other accommodation for the other nights. It was a shame as the place had everything else I needed and I brought a lot of luggage and food with me, so was a pain to move accommodation. I hope they can find the route of the issue and resolve.
