Nice appartment in Xania.
10 min walk to the sea and to the center.
Well equipped,
Due to the centralised electric system, we can't use the heating to keep the apartment worm.
Air condition is not enough for the winter.

Το σπίτι είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία, μεγάλο και καθαρό. Επίσης είναι πολύ οικονομικό για δεδομένα Χανίων.
Ίσως το καλοκαίρι να είναι πιο ευχάριστο αλλά για διαμονή το χειμώνα δεν είναι. Ήταν παγακι, χωρις θέρμανση ούτε χαλιά στο μάρμαρο κάτω, είχε δύο ερκοντισιον που κάτι έκαναν για να θερμάνουν (όχι όλο το σπίτι αλλά τα δύο δωμάτια στα οποία βρισκόντουσαν. Σίγουρα πάντως έχουν να καθαριστούν χρόνια.
Επίσης τα σκεπάσματα ήταν λεπτά και δεν υποδείκνυαν ότι είναι προετοιμασμένο το σπίτι για να φιλοξενεί κόσμο το χειμώνα. Κατά τα άλλα είναι αρκετά τσαπατσουλικο μέσα, με αυτοκόλλητα για να κρύψουν τις ζημιές σε πολλά σημεία. Επίσης λόγω της πολλής υγρασίας στο σπίτι οι πετσέτες μύριζαν μούχλα μετά από μια χρήση.
