Overall wonderful location with proximity to beach, restaurants, and short walking distance from the harbor. Room is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. Clean linens, towels, and sufficient lighting in the room. Parking easily available on the street (unless you arrive home late at night). Easy and straightforward check-in/check-out.
Bathroom is a bit tight, gets very wet after a shower, the and water sits for a while since it cant drain easily. Kitchenette was stocked with pots/pans/plates/cups but no stove or kitchen knife to use. The cutlery drawer seemed moldy or just generally unappealing but otherwise clean apartment

Very close to Chania’s old town and to the port, we had hot water, AC, the kitchen had enough things, we found parking spot every night (but the property doesn’t have a designated one)
The shower is flat and the water kind of floods the rest of the bathroom, no place to hang wet towels or swimsuits, no sponge for the dishes, it didn t have anything cleaning related, like a broom or a mop and no cleaning service while we stayed there (6 nights so quite a few)

L'emplacement du studio est son principal avantage !
Le studio est très peu équipé : pas de poubelle, pas de carpettes pour la douche, quasi rien dans la cuisine, etc. Nous avons été très déçu à ce niveau. De plus, il n'y a pas de place prévue pour la voiture alors que l'annonce indique parking gratuit inclus. Nous avons eu affaire à plusieurs habitants de la rue qui étaient très fâchés de la présence de notre voiture dans la rue. Cela nous a mis mal à l'aise pour eux.
